AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.32S8 OF THE
C%41JNTY OF BUTTE~~LO~ AS THE "SAL~~.Y ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 24 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled SHERIFF-CORONER OPERATIONS Budget Unit 360-002 is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions C ass'~~,~tions
2 Sheriff's Clerk II,I
and adding thereto the following:
Classifications
1 Sheriff's Clerk II, I
1 Sheriff s Clerk III, II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of
the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
