AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BU_T_TE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section I that Section No. 68 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte entitled
ADNIlNISTRATIVE - BUII..DING AND GROUNDS MAIlVTENANCE Budget Unit
720-001 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Superintendent -Building and Grounds {term position to end 12-31-97)
thereby changing the total from 31 to 32.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 {f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
