AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE
COUNT OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County ofButte, State of California, DO ORDAIN ~
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte entitled
SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS - GENERAL UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS - REFERENCE: A is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:

i n 2 that Section No. 18 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled BUTTE COUNTY CONSOLIDATED COURTS Budget Unit 240-000 is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total from 92 to 96.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of
the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
