The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section I that Section No. 3 of Qrdinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte entitled

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the ',
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fi#~een (15) days ',
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County ofButte this
