AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALAR~_QRDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAiN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 15 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled PERSONNEL Budget Unit 090-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions ~~~~
1 Personnel Analyst III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
i ' n Classifications .
2 Personnel Analyst III, II, I
1 Personnel Analyst I (term position to end 6-30-98)
thereby changing the total from 8 to 10.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f~ of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
