AN oRDINANCE .~NDnvG oRDINANCE No. 328s of THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
~,ction 1 that Section No. 24 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled SHERIFF-CORONER SERVICES Budget Unit 360-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Deputy Sheriff (term position to end 6-30-97)
and adding thereto the following:
Classification
1 Deputy Sheriff (term position to end 6-30-98)
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{fj of
the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {1 S) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
