AN ORDNANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN ~
f as follows:
section 1 that Section No. 19 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY - CRINIINAL Budget Unit 320-001 is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
1 District Attorney Investigator II, I (one term position to end 6-30-97)
1 Legal Typist Clerk or Office Assistant TII (one term. position to end 6-30-97)
Section 2 that Section No. 19 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte entitled
DISTRICT ATTORNEY - CRIh~IINAL Budget Unit 320-001 is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:
i ' n Classifications
1 District Attorney Investigator II, I (one term position to end 6-30-98}
1 Legal Typist Clerk or Office Assistant III {one term position to end 6-30-48)
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
Thais ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of
the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
