AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. SS of Ordinance No. 32$$ of the County of Butte
entitled WELFARE -SERVICES Budget Unit 570-004 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
10 Social Worker Supervisor II
11 Social Worker IVIIII
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
11 Social Worker Supervisor II
17 Social Worker IV/III
thereby changing the total from 86 to 93.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
this 241, day of June , 1997, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Do7.an, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Nome
NOT VOTING: None
