AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3288 OF THE
~(~U~I'I'Y_ QF BUTTE' KNOWN A$ ~ "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
~ as follows:
i n that Section No. 14 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte
entitled ASSESSOR Budget Unit 080-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification,
1 Auditor Appraiser II/I (term position to end 6-30-97)
4 Auditor Appraiser aU~/I or Appraisal Specialist {term positions to end 6-30-97)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Gas_sifications
1 Auditor Appraiser IIII (term position to end 2-28-98}

thereby leaving the total unchanged.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(#} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
Z~th day of June , 1997, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors BeeJ.er, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
