AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.3288 OF THE
BOUNTY OF BUTTE ,KNOWN A5 THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
section 1 that Section No. 4 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte entitled
SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTIVE AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS REFERENCE A:
SALARY PLAN FOR APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days after its
passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
8th day of July , 1997, by the following vote:
AYES; Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
