COUNTY_OF_BUTTE~_~O~N__AS T1=IIE~ALARY_QRDTNANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 18 of Ordinance No. 3258 of the County of Butte
entitled BUTTE COUNTY CONSOLIDATED COURTS Budget Unit 240-000 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Administrative Services Assistant -Court
and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(1} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
