5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE
b COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

9 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 52 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County afButte entitled WELFARE
11 _ ADMINISTRATION Budget Unit 570-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
12 Positions Classifications

10 Welfare Program Manager

1 S 3 Welfare Staff Analyst
16 5 Staff Services Systems Specialist (one term position to end 06-30-97)
17 26 Office Assistant III,II,I

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(1} of the Government
2 Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be
3 published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
4 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 12th

day of August 1997, by the following vote:
