AN ORDINANCE A1V~NDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN„AS THE "SALAR Y ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
n 1 that Section No. 50 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte entitled
MENTAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 541-001 is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification,.
6 Senior Psychiatric Technician
7 Psychiatric Technician
and adding thereto the following: j
Positions Classifications
7 Senior Psychiatric Technician
6 Psychiatric Technician
thereby leaving the total unchanged.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expixation of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
26th day of augur ~ 1997, by the following vote:
AYES; Supervisors See~.er, Dolan, Roux, .~osiassen and Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Nave
