~(~UNTY OF B~TTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALAARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
tin that Section No. 4 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte entitled
SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTIVE .AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS REFERENCE: H
For Appointed Officials reporting to the Butte County Superior and Municipal Courts is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {1S} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
Zbrh day of August , 1997, by the following vote:
AYES; Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
