AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3288 OF THE
C(JUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE,,,"SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Sec ' n 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 3288 of the County of Butte entitled
REFERENCED: SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS -MANAGEMENT,
CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged..

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen I S da s

California.
