PETITIONS FOR CHANGE OF PLEA, SETTING ASIDE VERDICT OR DISMISSAL OF CHARGES; COSTS Section 36-30. Petition for change of plea or setting aside verdict after terrninatian of probation; C05t5. Pursuant to Penal Code section 1203.4(c}, the cast of services rendered in connection with a petition for a change of plea or setting aside of a verdict, after termination of probation, under Penal Code section 1243.4{a), is one hundred twenty dollars {$120.00}. Section 3b-31. Costs for Disrreissal of Charges. Pursuant to Penal Code section 1203.4a(c}, the cost of services rendered in connection with a petition for dismissal of a charge, after compliance with and performance of the sentence of the court by a non-probationed misdemeanant, under Penal Cade section 1203.4a(a), is sixty dollars Section 2. Orton 3.Authority. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to the authority of Penal Code Sections 1203.4 and 1203.4a and pursuant to the procedures specified in Government Code Section 6601 S. i 4 v r i' Tf any provision of this Ordinance ar the application thereof to any person or circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable, and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining provisions or other applications of the Ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application therea£ Section 5. ~ff~~ive Date and Publication. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its passage. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to publish this ordinance before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage. This Ordinance shall be published once, with Chico Enterprise-- the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it, in the Record ~ a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Butte, State of California.
