COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS, THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 25 of Ordinance No, 3355 of the County of Butte
entitled SHERIFF-CORONER-CORRECTIONS Budget Unit 360-003 is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
2 Correctional Lieutenant
5 Correctional Sergeant
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classif cations
3 Correctional Lieutenant
7 Correctional Sergeant
thereby changing the total from 91 to 94.
This ordinance shall take effect iirunediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of
the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fiffeen (15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
