3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 5 5 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
~ as follows:
$ Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
9 REFERENCED: SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS -MANAGEMENT,
to CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby
# 1 amended by deleting therefrom the following:

15 and adding thereto the following:

18 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
14 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fi$een (15} days
