5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 5 5 OF THE
6 COZ TY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
9 as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 20 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte
11 entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY -FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION Budget Unit 320-
12 002 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classifications
14 31 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
15
16 and adding thereto the following:
17 Positions Classifications
18 30 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
19 1 Auditor-Accountant I or Accounting Specialist
20
21 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
22 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
23 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
24 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
