AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
TY OF BUTTE KN WN A THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 13 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte
entitled TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR Budget Unit 070-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
POSITIONS CLASSIFICATION TITLE
1 Computer Technician or Senior Account Clerk
and adding thereto the following:
POSITIONS CLASSIFICATION TITLE
1 Information Systems Technician III, II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged.

Section 10 Tlvs ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f}
of the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
25th day of November 1997, by the following vote:
AYES: supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josa.assen and Chair Davis
NOES : Noxze
