5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.33 5 5 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
9 as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
11 REFERENCE D: SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS -MANAGEMENT,
12 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby
13 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
