AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE„",S,ALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the Cotuaty of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 64 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
ADMINISTRATIVE -BUILDING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE Budget Unit
720-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Superintendent -Building and Grounds (term position to end 12-31.-97)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classif cations
1 Superintendent -Building and Grounds (term position to end 06-30-98)
thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251.23 (~ of the
~ Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of St~pervisors of the County of Butte this
5 nth day of December , 1997, by the following vote:
