Ordinance Amending Subsection (h) of Section 3-b1 Regarding Fees
Chargeable By The Butte County Agricultural Commissioner
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows:
Section 1. Subsection (h) of Section 3-61 of the Butte County Code,
entitled °Schedule of Fees," is amended to read as follows:
" (h) ('_~rt i f i r_ati on of farme s markets and .certified ~rroducers.
(1} Twenty dollars ($20.00) for issuing certified
producer's direct marketing certificate and five
dollars ($5.00} for replacement or modification of a
valid certificate.
(2) Fifty dollars ($50.00) for each certified farmers
market direct marketing certificate.
(3) The fee for any additional inspection will be
calculated and charged inaccordance with Subsection
(k) to this section.
Section 2. Severability.
If any part of this ordinance shall be held void by a court of
competent jurisdiction, such part shall be deemed severable, and the
invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining parts of this ordinance.
Section__3_~ This Ordinance shall be and
it xs hereby declared to be ~.n full force and effect from and after thirty
(3 0 ) days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15} days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be published
once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for
and against it in the Ci~ico Enterprise Record
