3~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 3 5 5 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors- of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section No. 19 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte
9 entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL Budget Unit 320001 is hereby
10 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Position Classification
12 1 Program Manager-Staff Services
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Position Classification
15 1 Information Systems Analyst III
16 thereby leavirig the total unchanged.

18 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f}
19 of the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15}
20 days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
21 of California.
