AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
COUNTY OF B TTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The $oard of Supervisors of the County of Bette, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 53 of Ordinance No. 3355 of die County of Butte entitled
MENTAL HEALTH -SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES Budget Unit 541-Oa2 is hereby
'~~ amended by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
I Mental Health Co~rnselor II (term position to end 5-31-98)
thereby changing the total from 29 to 30.
This ordinance shall take effect iyr~mediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspape~• in the County of Butte, State of
California.
