AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Srlpezvisors of the Cozlnty of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as foliaws:
Section 1 tllat Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
WELFARE -ADMINISTRATION Budget Unit 570-001 is hereby amended by deleting
therefi-oIm the following;
Positions Cla sifications
7 Receptionist
7 Supelvisor -Clerical Support Services
13 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
4 Information Systems Analyst III, II, I
1 Information Systems Tecllniciall III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total from 119 to 125.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of ffteen (15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors oftl~e County of Butte this
23rd day Of December 1997, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Josiassen
