AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 338 S OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN ~
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 10 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
AUDITOR-CONTROLLER Budget Unit 050-001 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:

1 Account Clerk or Senior Account Clerk
thereby changing the total from 31 to 32.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251.23 {f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
day of Januar , 1998, by the following vote:
AYES; Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Roux, Josiassen and Chair Davis
