AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 S 5 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Sect~n 1 that Section No. 62 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte
entitled INFORMATION SYSTEMS Budget Unit 704-000 is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
13th day of January , 1998, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, 3osiassen and Chair Davis
