AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 3 5 5 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section I that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
REFERENCE D: SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIF'LED POSITIONS -MANAGEMENT,
CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California, and before
expiration of fifteen days {15) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, on the 13th day of January, 1998, by the
following vote:
AYE 5: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Roux, Josiassen and Chair Davis
NOES : None
