ecti n 1 that Section No. 31 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte
entitled PROBATION -JUVENILE HALL Budget Unit 420-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:

5 Supervising Juvenile Hall Counselor
and adding thereto the following: ',
POSITIONS CLASSIFICATION TITLE
6 Supervising Juvenile Hall Counselor
thereby changing the total from 33 to 34.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California, and before
expiration of fifteen days (15) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, on the 13th day of January, 1998, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Doian, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT : None
NOT VOTING : None
