s AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNC)WN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
s The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
g as follows:
1o Section 1 that Section No. 43 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte
11 entitled PUBLIC GUARDIAN -PUBLIC ADMINISTRATOR Budget Unit 500-OQ1 is
12 hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classifications
14 2 Paralegal

16 and adding thereto the following:
17 Positions Glassifxcations
18 l Staff Services Systems Specialist
19 1 Paralegal

21 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
22 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
23 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
24 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
