AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 3 5 S OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNQWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. i8 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte
entitled BUTTE COUNTY CONSOLIDATED COURTS Budget Unit 240-000 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following: `~
Positions Classifications
6 Court Reporter
53 Court Clerk III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Clarifications
5 Court Reporter
54. S Court Clerk III, II, I
thereby changing the total from 107 to 107.5.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25I23 (f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
after its passage; it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
