3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
7 as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section No.14 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
9 ASSESSOR Budget Unit 080001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
10 Positions Classifications
11 0.5 Auditor-Appraiser II,I
12 1 Auditor-Appraiser II,I (term position to end 2-2898}
13 8 Appraiser III,II,I or Appraisal Specialist
1~ 4 Appraiser III,II,I or Appraisal Specialist (term positions to end 2-28-98}
15 and adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classifications
17 1.5 Auditor Appraiser II,I
18 12 Appraiser III,II,I or Appraisal Specialist
19 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
20 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of
21 the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen { 15) days
22 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
23 California.
