AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 5 5 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
REFERENCE A: SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS -- GENERAL UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Saar Hourly Rate at Class Code Classifcation Title

and adding thereto the following:

ection 4 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f)
of the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15)
days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
24th day of February 199$, by the following vote:
AYES:Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
