3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3355 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
7 as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section No. 50 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte
9 entitled PUBLIC HEALTH-GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 540-001 is hereby
10 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classif cations
I2 17 Public Health Nurse III,II,I
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classifications
i s 17.5 Public Health Nurse III,II,I
16 thereby changing the total from 96.5 to 97.
17 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
18 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
19 after its passage, it shall be published m a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
20 California.
