6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
~ as follows:
$ Section 1 that Section No. 4 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
9 SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTIVE AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS REFERENCE I:
1o FOR APPOINTED OFFICIALS REPORTING TO THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF
11 SUPERVISORS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

DATE: March 12, 1998
Attached please find a corrected copy of the salary ordinance changing the salary for the Public
Health Officer. There was a typographical error on the copy that was sent to the Board. Although
the Annual Salary was changed to reflect the salary increase, the Salary Range number was not
changed. Tt should have read 884 instead of 1384.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 1.23(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 S) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 IOth day of March 1998, by the following vote:
