4 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3355 OF THE
5 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

7 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
8 as follows:
9 Section 1 that Section No. 14 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte
10 entitled ASSESSOR Budget Unit 0$0-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
11 following:
12 Position Classification
13 1 Senior Appraiser (Position Control Number 0$0-13005}
14 and adding thereto the following:
15 Position Classification
16 1 Supervisor~Appraiser
17 thereby Leaving the total unchanged.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (fy of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 S) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
