AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 3 5 S OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KN WN AS THE " ALARM RDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 21 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CHILD ABDUCTION Budget Unit 320-003 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Legal Secretary II, I
1 Legal Typist Clerk
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Legal Secretary II, Illegal Typist Clerk

thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
