3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3355 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
7 as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section No. 19 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte
9 entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY-CRIMINAL Budget Unit 320-001 is hereby amended
10 by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classifications
I2 3 Off ce Assistant III,II,I
13 3 Office Assistant II,I
14 and adding thereto the following:
I S Positions Classifications
Ib 1 Legal Secretary I or Legal Typist Clerk
17 1 Legal Typist Clerk or Office Assistant III,II,I
18 4 Office Assistant III,II,I
19 thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25 I23 {f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
6 this 24th day of March , 199$, by the following vote:
7 AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
8 NOES: Name
9 ABSENT: None
10 NOT VOTING: None
