3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 S 5 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
7 as follows:
S Section 1 that Section No. 2 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
9 SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS - MANAGEMENT,
10 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS -REFERENCE:
11 D is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
12 Salary Hourly Rate at Class Code Classification Title
13 Range Step 2 Step 6
14 1.313 $26.59 $32.32 1259 Family Support Administrator
15 Section 2 that Section No. 20 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte
16 entitled BUTTE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY-FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION
17 Budget Unit 320-002 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
1 s Position Classification
19 1 Assistant District Attorney
20 And adding thereto the following:
21 Position Classification
22 1 Family Support Administrator
23 Thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of
2 the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15}days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 24th day of March , 1998, by the following vote:
