AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
OUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board o£ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
as follows:

Se 'on 1 that Section No. 4 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
"SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTI VE AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS, REFERENCE A:
SALARY PLAN FOR APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" is hereby amended by
deletin g therefrom the following :

Sec i n 2 The changes made by this ordinance shall be and are hereby made
retroactive to August 8, 1997, and shall be operative as of that date.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
