AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
COT~N__TY OF BUTTE_ KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORT~INANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the Co~.u~ty of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Sec ' n 1 that Section No. 18 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
BUTTE COUNTY CONSOLIDATED COURTS Budget Unit 240-000 is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:
Pons Classifications
2 Court Attendant II,1
thereby changing the total from 107.5 to 109.5.
ection 2 that Section No. 23 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES Budget Unit 360-001 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classifications
16 Deputy Sheriff
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
19 Deputy Sheriff .
thereby changing the total from 49 to 52.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
