3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS as follows:
7 Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
8 REFERENCE D: SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS - MANAGEMENT,
9 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by deleting
10 therefrom the following:

20 the following:

23 and adding thereto the following:

26 thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 Section 3 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f)
2 of the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15)
3 days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
4 of California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 14th day of April , 1998, by the following vote:
