AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
COI NTY__OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN ~
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 18 of ordinance No. 3355 of the County ofButte entitled
BUTTE COUNTY CONSOLIDATED COURTS Budget Unit 240-000 is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classifications
1 Court Services Coordinator II (term position to end 12-31-98)
thereby changing the total from 107.5 to 108.5.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
14~h day of April 1998, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and.-Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
