AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
C TY OF BUTTE KN WN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN ~
as follows:
ection 1 that Section No. 19 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
DISTRICT ATTORNEY - CRIlvIINAL Budget Unit 320-001 is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total froze 54 to 5 5 . S .
This ordinance shall take effect unmediately pursuant to Section 25123{~ of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
