AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
COUNTY C}F BTJTTF_ KNOWN A~ THF: "~AT.ARY (~RT7TNANC''F."
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section I that Section No. 54 of Ordinance~No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled ''
WELFARE -ADMINISTRATION Budget Unit 570-OQ1 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Welfare Staff Analyst
2 Information Systems Technician III, II, I
1 Eligibility Training Technician
4 Courier/Stock Clerk
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title ~'~
5 Welfare Staff Analyst
3 Information Systems Technician III, II; I
2 Eligibility Training Technician
2 Secretary II, I
S Co~uier/Stock Clerk
thereby changing the total from l28 to I35. ',

Section 2 that Section No. 55 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
WELFARE - G.A.LN. Budget Unit 570-002 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
9 Social Worker Supervisor I
44 Social Worker III, II
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
10 Social Worker Supervisor I
45 Social Worker III, II
thereby changing the total from 68 to 70.
Section 3 that Section No. 55 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
WELFARE -ELIGIBILITY Budget Unit 570-003 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
20 Eligibility Worker III
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
21 Eligibility Worker III
thereby changing the total from 163 to 164.
This ordinance shall take effect uninediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
