AN .ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
CnUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE„"SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
c ~on 1 that Section No. 52 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 541-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
30.5 Mental Health Clinician II, I
41 Mental Health Counselor III, II, I
13 Medical Records Technician II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
34.5 Mental Health Clinician II, I
45 Mental Health Counselor III, II, I
15 Medical Records Technician II, I
2 Auditor-Accountant II, I
thereby changing the total from 157 to 169.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration~of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte tills
14th day of April 1998, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houma, 3osiassan and Chain Davis
NOES: done
ABSENT: none
