AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
QTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN ~
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 22 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
DISTRICT ATTORNEY -WELFARE FRAUD Budget Unit 320-001 is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:

9 District Attorney Investigator II, I
2 Office Assistant III, II, I
and adding thereto the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
11 District Attorney Investigator II, I
4 Office Assistant III, II, I
thereby changing the total from 13 to 17.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1S) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
