AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
CO TY OF BUTTE KN WN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 53 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -SUBSTANCE ABUSE Budget Unit 541-002 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Mental Health Clinician II, I (term positions to end 6-30-98)
4 Mental Health Counselor III, II, I {term positions to end 6-30-98}
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Mental Health Clinician II, I (teen positions to end 6-30-99)
4 Mental Health Counselor III, II, I (term positions to end b-30-99}
thereby leaving the total unchanged..
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
~ Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fzfteen {15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
