3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.33 5 5 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
7 as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section No. 18 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte
9 entitled BUTTE COUNTY CONSOLIDATED COURTS Budget Unit 240-000 is hereby
10 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classifications
12 1 Administrative Services Assistant
13 54.5 Court Clerk III,II,I
14 3 Court Clerk I or Office Assistant II,I
15 and adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classifications
17 1 Administrative Analyst III,II,I
18 2 Administrative Services Assistant
19 60.5 Court Clerk III, II, I
20 1 Accounting Specialist
21 4 Court Clerk I or Office Assistant II,I
22 thereby changing the total from 109.5 to 119.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper xn the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 12th day of May 199$, by the following vote:
